How does PM of the Year, founder, educator, 9 to 5er, and mother, , manage her time?
To quote her, Ogaga’s is “ruthless with [her] calendar…say no to things…stick to only 2-3 core tasks every day.”
-How many fires does she put out a day? 🔥
-Does she have a favorite project or does Ogaga love them all the same? ❤️🔥 (spoiler alert: she does)
-And a soft skill she wishes she had mastered before…because another spoiler alert: project management IS about people
