I Just got contacted by a lady earlier today that received a spoofed call (the caller id and number was not theirs and was made up) She advised it was a Indian like accent and they were trying to get personal information like drivers license etc ... Never ever give out any personal information , banking info, passwords or financial info to anyone on the phone .. always go to the source of the issue .. if the call is about bell go to bell directly .. if it is a banking issue go to your bank branch directly and double check the info and make sure there is an issue .. Never fall for these Phishing calls as they can use the info they obtain and use against you .. even use it in identity theft .
