Using wideband exhaust O₂ sensors, the system provides continuous real-time feedback to the catalyst monitor, which instantly adjusts the ECV5 (Emissions Control Valve 5) to maintain the optimal air-to-fuel ratio. This rapid response capability allows the system to automatically adapt to constantly changing operating conditions, including RPM, engine load, fuel composition, and ambient temperature.

At the heart of the system, the ECV5’s onboard microprocessor continuously interprets oxygen sensor voltage signals and precisely modulates valve outlet pressure to optimize engine combustion efficiency and emissions performance.

The result is smarter fuel control, improved engine performance, reduced emissions, and significant fuel savings.
