Note:
In-studio classes will continue to be held at Studio 48 for the next month. We will notify everyone when we make the move to the new Thrive360 Ltd studio. (End of July / beginning of August) In-studio classes, must have 4 people registered for each class to run each time. Bring your friends and family! 👯‍♀️👯‍♀️

What you may need:
• Please bring your own yoga mat. If you forget yours we got you! ✌🏽
• Reusable water bottle. Stay hydrated! 🫙
• Yoga gear or comfortable fitness wear - Get ready to sweat! 💦
• In-studio clean indoor running shoes optional or barefeet. 👟👣
• Outdoor sunscreen, bug spray, hat, sunglasses, sweater, blanket, whatever you need to be comfortable as the sun goes down. 🧢
***After beach classes we typically have a campfire social at the beach. Bring: lawn chair and something to sip on or snack on. 🔥
• Bring an open heart and mind & dance like nobodys watching! It’s so freeing! 🙌🏽
