Excellent barrel, roping or ranch prospect by MIRACLE RECOVERY. He’s been wonderful to work with, has an excellent temperament, loves people and attention. He has a good understanding of basic body control, not reactive, and not spooky. He’s loping balanced circles, and has a good stop. He is a smooth ride, though his power is easily felt in all his gaits. He is very good with rope swung and thrown off him. He is big and thick for his age, currently just over 15.2 hh, and growing. This c**t is showing obvious potential for a successful barrel racing career and could easily go into the roping pen. He will mature big enough for the heading side.

His only blemish is an old scar on one front leg which doesn’t affect his movement or soundness in any way. Aside from this, he’s blemish free.

MIRACLE RECOVERY offspring have demonstrated their abilities, being steady and successful barrel horses and proving themselves in barrel futurities and beyond.

(2009 Appendix Mare) 15.2 HH

This is the horse that the whole family can enjoy! Goes western and english, a jack-of-all-trades kind of horse. Easy to catch, easy to handle. She has been ridden by youth for a significant portion of her life and thus has been exposed to many creative, and perhaps questionable things that kids can do around horses. Americana’s age is not a limiting factor for her. She happily comes out to work 4-5 days per week and would thrive being busy and competitive.

Goes well in western and english tack, has basic body control and basic lateral work. Her experience includes:

Barrel pattern and drill work
Working Equitation obstacles
“Nov A” level dressage work for Working EQ
Jumping experience up to 2’6
Ridden out on trails, through water, mud, various terrain
Ridden by very novice riders and youth

She is smooth and fun to to ride ba****ck too. Because of her versatility, we could see her being suitable for a variety of homes. She would make a good family horse, would be well suited for 4H or Pony Club, working equitation, or a horse for several kids to share and enjoy, while providing peace of mind for the parents. She could also make a good match for someone looking for a steady mount to have fun with, gymkhana, cowboy challenge or similar events.

She is sound, without any maintenance, currently barefoot and has good feet. She is an easy keeper, does excellent on just hay. This mare is stout, even though she’s Appendix, she is definitely the QH type. This mare has been very much loved by her owner who is reluctantly letting her go due to being busy with work and other life commitments.
