Get creative with Kickstand & True North this July! Join our Blue Summer workshop series and explore the art of indigo dyeing and cyanotype printing. Each workshop also includes meaningful conversations about healthy relationships, creating space to connect, reflect, and learn together.

CMHA YouthSMART (Youth Supporting Mental Health and Resiliency Together), provides mental health education, proven to generate an awareness of mental health topics, combat stigma, and encourage appropriate help seeking behaviours amongst Calgary and area youth.
These free workshops are open to youth 11-25 years old.
Snacks will be provided!
