***New Policy***
I’m going to have to implement a no show/cancellation policy for my nail studio going forward. For any no shows or cancellations less than 24 hours there will be a $60 charge that is due before booking your next appointment. I understand that emergencies happen and I won’t be applying this policy in those situations. My goal is to discourage no shows and last minute cancellations as it takes away an appointment spot from someone else. As I get busier and busier it’s getting more difficult to fit everyone in and I want to accommodate everyone as best and as fairly as I can. I am very fortunate to have the amazing clients that I do have and I know that this new policy wont have to be used much I’m sure 😉
