The market isn't slowing. It's becoming more strategic.
If you've been hearing that the market has slowed, you're only hearing part of the story.
We're seeing more homes come to market, giving buyers more choice and a little more breathing room. At the same time, sellers who are pricing their homes correctly and investing in presentation are still seeing strong results.
One stat that stood out to me? Strathmore's detached benchmark price continues to trend upward, sitting at $578,600, up 4.4% year over year.
The biggest takeaway is this:
The market hasn't stopped. It's simply rewarding preparation over luck.
Every neighbourhood tells a different story, and the headlines don't always reflect what's happening right here in our community.
