🐣✨ What a Day – 3rd Annual Accessible Easter Egg Hunt Sneak Peek! ✨🐣What an incredible turnout we had today at our 3rd annual Accessible Easter Egg Hunt in Mount Brydges! 💛With over 200 kids registered, the energy, smiles, and excitement were absolutely amazing from start to finish. 🎉Here’s a little sneak peek of what today looked like…Families exploring the accessible trails, kids hunting for eggs, laughter around the bonfire, adaptive trikes in action, face painting, and so many beautiful moments of connection and inclusion. 🐰🔥🎨Today was more than just an event — it was a powerful reminder of what happens when we create spaces where everyone belongs. 💫We are so grateful to everyone who came out, supported, and helped make today unforgettable. This is what community looks like. 💛

Our 3rd Annual Accessible Easter Egg Hunt now has over 200 kids registered — and this moment means so much more than just an event.
It highlights the real and growing need in our community for inclusive, accessible experiences. Families are looking for spaces where everyone belongs — from children to seniors — without barriers.
This is bigger than one day.
It’s about breaking down barriers, creating connection, and building a community where inclusion is the standard, not the exception.

Q: Why do power wheelchair users sometimes drive on the road in winter?
A: Because the sidewalks aren’t maintained enough to be safe.
Snowbanks, ice buildup, uneven plowing, and narrowed sidewalks can make sidewalks completely impassable for power wheelchair users. When sidewalks aren’t cleared properly, people are forced to choose the least unsafe option — and sometimes that’s the road.
This isn’t about convenience.
It’s about access, safety, and independence.
❄️ If sidewalks aren’t cleared curb-to-curb
❄️ If ramps are buried or icy
❄️ If snowbanks block crossings
👉 People using mobility devices are left with no real alternative.
Accessibility doesn’t stop in winter.
Clear sidewalks = safer communities for everyone.
