We are excited to welcome Danielle Reid, Registered Psychotherapist, to our multidisciplinary team!
Danielle works with adults and teenagers and supports individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic pain, stress, grief and loss, relationship challenges, substance use, emotional-regulation difficulties, self-esteem concerns, and major life transitions.
Her therapeutic approaches include EMDR, CBT, DBT, parts work, somatic practices, and Polyvagal Theory, with each session tailored to the client’s individual needs and goals.
