FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

Hi all,

We just wanted to make a quick post regarding some frequently asked questions that we have been seeing in our comments sections up until now, please see below!

1. Where are you located? 📍

Our new address is 29 Caradoc Street S. in Strathroy, Ontario! We are located right across the street from the Muffler Man.

2. Is there a drive through at our new location? 🚗

Sadly, no, there is no drive through at our new location! To make up for this, we offer an indoor seating area where you can come in, cool down and enjoy your frozen treats.

Our new location is entirely wheelchair accessible.

3. Is there parking at our new location? 🅿️

Yes, we do have parking at our new location which is located behind the store via the entrance on Concord Street. There are 6 parking spots in total, 2 of which are accessible parking spots, only.

4. Will we be accepting the Gift Certificates that were purchased at the previous location? 🎁

It is our intention to begin accepting Gift Certificates from the previous location in the near future, but we are not currently, as we are trying to get this sorted out in our point of sale system.

Keep your eye out for any updates regarding this, in the near future.

5. Do we have flavours of ice cream, or menu items that were offered at the previous location? 🍨🍦

When we took on the Cool Cucumber from Bonnie, it was our intention to keep the heart and soul of the store the same, including the menu!

This means that, yes, if there was an item or an ice cream flavour on the menu at the previous location, it is very likely still going to be a menu item. This is within limitations, of course, as due to production and availability, we will not always be able to have the same ice cream flavours forever.

If there is a flavour that we are missing when you come in, please let our staff know and we will definitely keep it in consideration for any future purchases.

6. Will we have dairy-free, vegan, no sugar added, or any other ice cream flavours for those with strict dietary needs or preferences?🍎

Yes, we do have a variety of hard ice cream flavours for those who have specific dietary needs or preferences. Including dairy-free flavours, other than sorbet! Please ask our staff about these flavours, when you visit us.

We believe that this covers the most common questions we are hearing, but please let us know if there are questions we should add!

Hi folks!

We are pleased to announce that our Soft Opening will be... TODAY! 🎉🥒

Please see the attached picture for our hours this week, as they will be slightly different from our regular business hours during our soft opening period.

We will begin our regular business hours starting Saturday, May 16th, and will be open daily from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
