This 2017 BMW x5 came in on a deck truck after trying to add a key somewhere. Windows down, no guages and key on off not happening. This thing is dead Performed diagnostic and the body control module was bricked when trying to add the key. Removed the module - took it apart and recovered the software. The Body module is now repaired and car starts on orginsl key Moved onto adding the key they were trying to add and the customer supplied key has the wrong frequency. Used our approved BMW key and it now runs and remote works. Cut the emergency key and it works.
