BREAKING: The Summerside Western Capitals are thrilled to announce the signing of RW Riley Whittingham!! Riley played 3.5 seasons in the Western Hockey League for the Spokane Chiefs where he had 95 points in over 200 games played. Lets give a HUGEEEEEEEEEE Summerside welcome to Riley!!
