Here is proof that the connections made at class, go BEYOND the class as well. What a fabulous visit with some of our REV+Flow crew after working out together yesterday morning. Sorry not everyone could come... We'll catch you next time, or at least at class next week! ❤️
Practising at home as an instructor, comes in various forms. No matter what it looks like, the music speaks and the moves settle into place. It's important to me to pick songs I enjoy moving and/or singing along to. I hope it translates onto the floor at class that I love what I do!
