October to January turned out to be a blur. From sourcing pieces and packaging, the days were going to different printing companies, and the nights were late night FaceTime calls with vendors in India.

As things began falling into place,
I had to think about my brand identity. What were the pillars that I wanted my brand to be built on?
I decided elegant, timeless and trendy. Each box had to embody those three pillars.

Since the inception of a lot of you have asked how it came to be. Join me while we take a stroll through memory lane back to September 2019 to today.

There have been a lot of new faces lately - welcome! 🥰
Kundan Box is a passion project that launched in April 2020. The subscription box idea was an alternative to the gruelling day trips to Indian jewelry stores and buying overpriced pieces - was I the only one incapable of going to Payal Business Centre without spending at least 5 hours there?

With perks such as custom picked items, convenience and lots of savings, each piece is handpicked and sampled before they are placed in a box.

Our first piece is a pair of Dholi Payals. These are such a trendy spin on a traditional piece. Hand painted meenakari work and gold plated, these payals are sure to be show stopper for any sangeet, jago, or any bride 💛

This month’s box will be a reflection of lohri and the bright vibrant colours Indian culture.
