The Government of Canada has just introduced Bill C-3, which could be a game-changer for many families!

👶 What’s the issue?
Under current rules, Canadians who are citizens by descent (born abroad) can’t pass citizenship to their children born outside Canada.

📢 Bill C-3 aims to fix that!

Here’s what it means for YOU:
✔️ Automatic Canadian citizenship for those who lost it due to outdated laws
✔️ New pathway: Parents abroad can now pass on citizenship if they’ve spent 3 years (1,095 days) in Canada before their child’s birth or adoption
