This 3200 sq.ft. home features a green roof top and patio, complete with a fire pit lounge area with a kitchen and bar.

Our design also features full height windows to maximize views and natural light. The roof top patio is sure to be the crown jewel of this house, with panoramic views of the ocean.

This design has all the hallmarks of a West Coast contemporary style home, with the natural wood and stone accents reminiscent of BC's beautiful forests and landscape.

Another Marq Design original. We had to share the side profile of this design. Our favorite feature in this home is an elevator with glass walls, which will have a floating staircase cascading around it. In addition, there will be 20 foot high glazing walls running along the stairs. This will surely be a sight to see.
