Express Entry system ranks candidate’s basis their education, level of English, age, ties to Canada, experience and other factors. While a job offer is not required to apply in Canada’s Express Entry system, it does almost guarantee your chances of success by awarding more points to level up your score provided you are not found inadmissible.
