We're Hiring a Friendly Front Desk Receptionist!

Are you someone who loves helping people, staying organized, and keeping things running smoothly? We're looking for a Receptionist who can bring a positive vibe to our front desk and be the first smiling face our visitors see!

Job Type: Full Time
Hours: 8am-4pm Monday-Friday
Start Date: asap

What You’ll Be Doing;

-Greeting clients and visitors with a warm, professional welcome

-Answering phones and directing calls to the right people

-Managing emails

-Handling mail, and basic admin tasks EX: sending daily invoices, organizing delivery runs

-Keeping the front desk area neat and organized
Entering cheques into our Sage 50 accounting program

What We’re Looking For:
-A people person with great communication skills
-Organized, reliable, and comfortable juggling a few things at once
-Familiar with basic computer programs (like Outlook, Word, Excel etc.)
-Previous receptionist or customer service experience is a plus—but not a must!
