9 pairs of French doors all installed poorly.
Some drag on the head and some on the sill. Daylight showing between door seals ect.
Re and Re each set and all is good!
Scary how little of bite the patch had on the concealed closer. 200lb+ door
A simple adjustment of the pivot would have been enough. Removal and proper install of pivot is what was needed.
You can see in the first few pics, the original installer was having a hard time......
New templates, prospective, and some long hrs got it completed.
Can't wait to see the Walnut stair treads and handrail cap installed!
