Words. We know the impact of words and how they can be effective in our lives. Did you choose a word for 2023? I made a commitment to honor my values and what's important to me. My word for 2023 is "Adventure" and I'm curious to see what actions I will take to create these adventures through the year. Each month I break down this word into monthly words. For example, the month of February is "Relationships" and the month or March is "Work" and each month something different. See what you come up with. I believe a lot of women feel this way. As I've gotten older I've gotten better at asking for what I need. It's work in progress and worth it from a self care perspective.
