Over two days, the Damdama Gatka Championship brought together players from the sangat to demonstrate their skill, discipline, and dedication under the guidance of their ustads.
Khalsa Credit Union is proud to have supported an event that helps keep Sikh virsa strong while giving players a meaningful space to learn, compete, and grow.

Gatka is more than competition. It is a living tradition that teaches discipline, resilience, and a deep connection to Sikh heritage.
This July 4 & 5, the Damdama Gatka Tournament returns to Khalsa School in Surrey, bringing together athletes, coaches, families, and the wider community to celebrate and carry this tradition forward.
Traditions like this continue because communities choose to support them. Khalsa Credit Union is proud to support opportunities that help Sikh youth learn, compete, and keep the tradition alive for future generations.
