🌟 The Filter Swap: If you haven’t changed yours since the spring pollen hit, it’s probably struggling. A fresh filter keeps the air moving and saves your system from burning out when you need it most. 💨

🌟 Give it some space: Take a quick walk outside to your condenser unit. If grass clippings or shrubs are crowding it, give it a quick trim. It needs room to “breathe” to keep your house a sanctuary. 🌿🧤

🌟 Mind the gaps: Take a peek at the seals on those south-facing windows. Don’t let that expensive cool air leak out through a tiny crack in the caulking! 🧊🪟
