The PICS–Foreign Credential Recognition (FCR) Program is a Government of Canada funded initiative designed to support skilled newcomers through this transition. FCR Loans offer up to $30,000 to help cover costs such as credential evaluation, exams, training, and related expenses—helping you return to your profession or explore new career pathways in Canada.
