Sarah Jones, Physiotherapist who graduated from the University of Cape Town in 1998 with a BSc in Physiotherapy and enrolled in a clinical Masters program from Stellenbosch University which deepened her knowledge and interest in all areas of neuromusculoskeletal therapy. Sarah has a special interest in joint and tendon injuries, headaches and neck pain, sports injuries, rehabilitation and female pelvic floor dysfunction. Sarah is trained in IMS and is certified in IMS/Dry needling. Dry needling benefits the muscles and tissues by reducing pain and muscle tensions, improves the range of motion and accelerates healing.
