A No cost workshop ~ registration is required to claim your seat

Basic Budgeting, talk about ways to save money, save for college, why consolidate debt and other strategies to stretch those dollars to work in your favor.

Customized to each small class so your needs and time schedules are addressed.

Family classes, Senior Classes. One on One

Lifeline Canada --> medical alarm service to age independently in your home

Elder Abuse Awareness, Referral Support and Case Management

Social Prescribing --> need to increase overall wellness and connections but don't know where to start? Need someone to help you get to new activities or programs? Your healthcare provider can send a social prescription to the FCSS Link Worker to support you!

Zoomers --> Need a ride to go get groceries, get to Canadian Tire or the Dollarstore, there is a program for that👇
