The good stuff takes a lot of work from the very beginning to the very end. We can choose to be half in, give half of our effort, believe halfway in what we think we can do and hold off just a little bit incase things don’t work out. But how we begin is a good indicator of how we will end, so if we start this way we need to expect to achieve results that are in line with our belief and effort. I love the idea so much more of being all in, believing 100% in the vision and being more afraid of not trying than trying and not succeeding. This is so fitting for everything in life and always remember that falling & failing doesn’t mean you can’t get back
up and try again. We all did it as toddlers and eventually we were running🫶

Ok I had to Remix this because it’s so wildly true.🤯😢 And this is not to say that men don’t have bedtime stress induced insomnia but truly, I do think Moms carry the brunt of emotional stress related to the household and especially the kids. Hormonally and social emotionally we are just wired this way as women. We tend to also be master multitaskers and at least for me I think this just carry’s on through bedtime and even after making my lists I re-run everything in my busy brain along with all sorts of other random nonsense, worry, and useless information. One thing that’s been hard going through perimenopause is you still have that crazy brain but you’ve lost the ability to sleep soundly through the night. It can feel strangely debilitating at times because sleep is everything. And then to start the new day all over again tired just exacerbates everything. Anyways this was just so relatable to me personally so I thought I’d share.
