Stickers made of resin. Features of technology.

The essence of the technology for making resin stickers is that a polymer layer is applied to a pre-printed image on a film. Due to surface tension, a convex surface resembling a lens is formed. In this case, the image brightness increases, and the resistance to mechanical damage is significantly reduced.

Resin stickers can be:

• On a film with a permanent or removable adhesive layer. If the adhesive layer is removable, the sticker can be easily removed with virtually no marks on the surface;

• Intended for indoor or outdoor use. Accordingly, a special type of film and polyurethane resin are selected. For example, high-strength resins are used for the manufacture of volumetric floor stickers. For frost-resistant stickers - resistant to temperatures up to - 30C;

• Thermal transfer sticker labels - for placement on fabric;

• Flexible stickers - magnets, filled with resin;

Stickers made of resin do not fade over time, do not lose shape. They meet all safety standards and can last up to 15 years.

Modern technologies allow realizing almost any design idea. The cost of the stickers will depend on the application, size and circulation.

Наклейки из смолы. Особенности технологии.

Суть технологии изготовления наклейки из смолы в том, что на предварительно распечатанное на пленке изображение наносится слой полимера. Благодаря поверхностному натяжению образуется выпуклая поверхность, напоминающая линзу. При этом яркость изображения увеличивается, а стойкость к механическим повреждениям значительно снижается.

Наклейки из смолы могут быть:

• На пленке с перманентным или съемным клеевым слоем. Если клеевой слой съемный – наклейку легко удалить практически без следов на поверхности;

• Предназначенные для использования внутри помещений или на улице. Соответственно выбирается специальный тип пленки и полиуретановой смолы. Например, для изготовления объемных напольных наклеек используют смолы повышенной прочности. Для морозостойких наклеек – устойчивые к температурам до – 30C;

• Термопереносные наклейки-шильды — для размещения на ткани;

• Гибкие наклейки- магниты, с заливкой смолой;

Наклейки из смолы не выцветают со временем, не теряют формы. Отвечают всем нормам безопасности и могут прослужить до 15 лет.

Современные технологии позволяют воплотить почти любую дизайнерскую задумку. Стоимость наклеек будет зависеть от области применения, размера и тиража.
