We’re in the news!

Not because we build “luxury rectangles.”

But because we’re trying to solve one of Ontario’s biggest challenges: housing that people can actually afford.
Cities can’t grow without attainable options. And traditional construction simply can’t keep up. That’s why Axe Living is taking a different approach.
Our newest project? A 22-unit, fully electric, highly energy-efficient prefabricated building in downtown St. Catharines - built with Canadian wood, Canadian labour, and Canadian manufacturing.
We believe this matters.

Because when cities can offer fast, cost-predictable housing, people stay. Communities grow.

And affordability stops being a dream- and becomes a deliverable.
