Option#2 - Stretch baby's wake times the weekend of: This is a great option for babies on more than one nap who have a hard time if they miss a nap or are sensitive to wake windows. 🔅Saturday morning the weekend of the change, you would stretch each of your baby's wake windows by 15-20 mins. 🔅15 minutes if you’re on 3 naps, 20 minutes if you’re on 2 - we’re looking to adjust by an hour. 🔅This would mean they would be going to bed ‘later’ than usual on Saturday and a little ‘earlier’ than usual on Sunday but by Monday you’ll be back to regularly scheduled programming.💪🏽 10/30/2021
