This Sunday Oct. 20 I am videotaping a workshop event for creatives at Markham Suites Hilton. The event organizer Cori Ashley asked that I let my friends know about it. The workshop is designed to help boost your creativity with fun interactive activities. Here is how Cori describes the event:
This is a special afternoon for "Creative Thinkers" and "Parents of Creative Kids" packed with those life hacks we need to boost our creative spark while keeping the rest of our life on track!
It's set in a fun, interactive vibe with real strategies you can use right away.

Feels like a lifetime ago but I did work as an assistant editor in the low budget, straight to video film biz. I met some real pros like Al Ruddy known for (The Godfather), James Hong (Big Trouble In Little China), Paul Lynch (Star Trek TNG). But the director who was the most Hollywood had to be Canadian born Sydney J. Furie (Ipcress File, Superman IV & Iron Eagle). Oh my, what a character. He would say "It's important for crews to have meals together because what better way to kiss and make up after screaming at each other all day" And I witnessed the screaming. 🤣🤣🤣 I also learned that these folks love to work or maybe have to work so they'll take anything offered. They just don't mention all the turkeys. But they will gladly talk about their best or famous movies. I graduated to editor in 2000. My work in TV probably has a bigger audience. Designer Guys, Divine Design and You Gotta Eat Here! are all hit series and it's satisfying when people know what show you are talking about.
