Oh hello there! It's been a while, huh? We've been taking some time for ourselves after our popup ended. We've been helping our friends, making new hot sauce friends, and enjoying ourselves!

That being said, we're a little upset with for revealing where we get our hot sauce recipes from.... But when you're inspired it doesn't matter where the inspiration comes from!

We'll be at MERIT Brewing Company on Thursday, prepping our spicy maple syrup. It's gonna be a blast of a night!

And the last of our donations to on behalf of . We've been asked a lot why we're doing this. The best answer is we just like taking the p**s out of an organization like that has a long history of supporting anti legislation and organizations. We're aware this won't change their minds or how they operate, but it was fun to make some tasty sandwiches, and do a little good at the same time.

Our Fish-Fil-A sandwich ends its run on March 14, so make sure you get yours before then! We've got a whole new menu dropping on the 15th! Details to come soon, it's gonna be filthy!

Well hello there and Happy New Year! We hope you had a great holidays, and wish for all sorts of spicy things for you in 2024. Stay tuned to see what's next for us at Fringale, we've got some fun stuff planned for 2024!!

But we're starting off the new year with a donation! As promised we're donating 1$ from every Fish-Fil-A sangweech to on behalf of . Casey House is near and dear to our heart, and we're excited to continue this for the next 2 months! In February we'll be offering it as a on , so we're excited to see how big our donation can get!! We sold 19 sandwiches over the last 3 weeks (and ate 5, haha), and then we decided to double our donation and round up!!

Introducing the newest member of Fringale! The Fish-Fil-A

Made with shrimp and sole, and then breaded in Panko and our party mix, it's deep fried, served on a pain au lait bun with a parsley gribiche! This beauty makes its debut next Tuesday, alongside a new burrata dish!

This also marks the start of Fringales philanthropy. 1$ from each sandwich will be donated to on behalf of 😏😘 Eat till your heart is full indeed!

Well, it's that time again! It's menu change time. We said goodbye to some old favourites. Gone, but not forgotten, are the short rib sliders, the clubhouse, the smoked celeriac (we hardly knew thee) and the sausage.

Here for a good time, but not a super long time are some new treats for you! Roast chicken sliders with ras El hanout, and a new chorizo sausage from our friends , served with patatas bravas sauce and mushrooms, and a smoked meat cheesesteak (more exciting details to come on this!) . Last but not least, we have soup! And a sangweech! Our new vegetarian offering will be a soup with a grilled cheese, the ultimate winter combo. We're starting you off with a Koginut squash soup, accompanied by a light eye grilled cheese, with roasted pear and brie.
