Matt Emerson is a well-established real estate broker and Leadership Coach in Toronto.

Over his 10+ years of experience as a Coach, Matt’s career has focused on individual business coaching as well as training and development for other coaches. Matt’s intuitive sense of people and his ability to build trust and confidence are at the core of his coaching practice; Matt has a unique ability to relate to his clients and to understand the desire/necessity for career and life change.

In addition to his certification with the International Coaching Federation, Matt has received advanced coach training in human behavior and psychology. This training has honed his coaching work with clients focused on leveraging emotions and increasing effective behaviors and communication. Matt’s Leadership Coaching provides focused conversations to facilitate performance, change and learning relevant to leaders in their professional and personal contexts.

Matt has deep entrepreneurial roots; his career began in carpentry, constructing custom homes and renovations and then grew into a Window & Door business. His depth of knowledge of financial, geographical and socio-political factors coupled with his drive for building sustainable financial equity led him to real estate – a space where he is a valued and respected leader in the Southern Ontario landscape.

Matt also maintains a strong commitment to civic activities including serving as President of his Rotary Club and engaging in many community-based and volunteer activities. In both spheres of his life, Matt builds and maintains strong relationships with people which makes him a sought after Leadership Coach and Mentor.
