As 2021 comes to a close, we typically take the time during the holiday season to reflect, recharge our batteries and get ready for the next year. Needless to say, 2021 was an extremely challenging year for many of us, and 2022 will be no exception. At ScaleHR, we are extremely grateful to our network, notably our clients, sponsors, supporters, advisors, and the many people around the globe who have helped us in some way. Wherever you may be this holiday season, from the bottom of our hearts, we thank each one of you.
As we embark on our second year in business, we are looking forward to launching many new initiatives, all of which will focus on growing our business. We can't wait to share what these exciting things will be and don't worry, we'll be making announcements in January - from adding new team members, launching a new website, launching our own podcast, embarking on our first build of a software platform, and exploring new markets.
In the meantime, please take some time to relax during the holidays and we hope to continue working with all of you in 2022.
To your success, health, and happiness.

New leadership tactics. Adaptation and empathy.
HR leaders need to keep their focus on staying one step ahead of the curve with the pandemic having evolved how we now work. Adapting is the key!
To ensure an agile and relevant workforce, leaders need to consider the following:
- Re-evaluate leadership tactics that are in line with the new world of work. Focus on empathy and connectivity.
- Ensure proper integration of technology within the workplace
- Form a culture of personalized learning.
- Create metrics to measure individual value while embedding inclusion and diversity.
We're really proud to be supporting the Indian Residential School Survivors Society.
We are absolutely ecstatic to announce that we will be donating 100% of all ticket proceeds from our next SocialHRCamp on November 4th to the Indian Residential School Survivors Society (IRSSS). The funds will be used for their Qwum Qwum Xwii Xwaa (Strong Echo) youth justice program, specifically to support their youths and employment.
Tickets are available by donation so please register by clicking on the link in our bio. The theme of the next event is "building diverse, equitable, and inclusive organizations". We have a fantastic group of speakers --- join us for amazing learning, networking and engaging social interaction.
