Congrats to Team India on their World Cup victory

Being on the pitch at the Kensington Oval after the crowds had departed and the stadium had emptied out, speaking to the celebrating team and their stars provided a great view into who they are: friendly, humble, patriotic and overjoyed.

Life is about pressure and how you handle it. Hardik rose to the occasion and did a masterful job bowling the last over.

In his own words when I asked him about it after the match:

"I was enjoying it because only a few people get such moments in life where they say life changing moments. Obviously, here this could have gone the opposite way which is difficult, but I alway look at the glass half full, not half empty. At that moment, I knew that feeling under pressure won’t really help. I think everyone outside was already under pressure, so I was trying to focus on my skill set and to execute. There wasn’t a better chance than this. All that was going to happen, what was written eventually came down in my life. I think this moment was scripted, and like I said before luck favors those who work hard. So, I tried to keep working hard, to keep my head down and to keep smiling, and today I could smile a lot longer for which I’m really happy."
