Reducing food waste is very on trend and all we can say is thank goodness!
When it comes to promotions that address this sustainability trend we haven’t seen a lot of innovative ideas (products are another story -many companies are knocking it out of that park).
But, this new initiative by knocks it out of the park!
The retailer hired 12 chefs to created recipes that minimize food waste and combined them in this book that is available as an ebook and in limited edition as a hard copy.
