Get ready—the Tricon Chopped Challenge is back!

This four-week culinary competition brings our communities together for some delicious fun.

Each week, two mystery ingredients will be announced, and you’ll have four days to plan, prep, and create a standout dish for a chance to win a weekly prize.

Entries will be judged on creativity, use of ingredients, and presentation.

Rules:
- Dishes must contain both of the weekly ingredients (except in case of allergy, use a close substitute or only 1 ingredient)

- Entries can be anything edible, a meal, dessert, beverage, as long as the weekly ingredients are present!
