Oh what fun! What magic!
When you wake up in the morning, and the world has been covered in white...Wonderful🙌
The only thing that could ruin this day would be if I had to shovel and....
- my body didn't feel strong enough
- I started and my back seized up, or "went out"
- I was afraid of slipping and falling. 😖
I spent 90 minutes shovelling this morning and I feel invigorated - and it is not simply because I am still young and "should" have lots of energy.
Remember - what you are looking at is ...
- Moderate Degenerative Arthritis is L1/L2 shovelling
- 12 years of recovery shovelling
- 2 auto-immune conditions shovelling! 🙏
