Something that has helped us get through this pandemic and also been a big part of our self development journey is 𝗠𝗘𝗗𝗜𝗧𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡.

Meditations, whether they are seated, walking, running, writing etc, are a great tool to keep you focused and grounded when trying to reach a new goal!

Our favourite is the Mimi Method meditations, there's a whole range, plus she literally covers everything!
