The Uxbridge Medical Centre, developed by Shamaim Building Group with interiors by Hasti Design Studio, has achieved top honours at the 2025–2026 Americas Property Awards (International Property Awards). The project received both 5-Star Best Office Interior – Ontario and 5-Star Best Office Interior – Canada, the highest national distinctions awarded in its category.

Only one project per country earns the prestigious 5-Star national title, positioning the Uxbridge Medical Centre as the No. 1 ranked office interior in Canada. The jury also shortlisted the project as a nominee for Best Office Interior across the entire Americas, placing it among the most outstanding office design projects from North, Central, and South America.

Presented on November 21 at the Ritz-Carlton South Beach in Miami, this recognition highlights the project’s excellence in design innovation, functional planning, and patient-focused healthcare experience on an international stage.

, led by Founder and Principal Designer Hasti Mir-Hadi, served as the lead interior design firm. The studio delivers calm, functional, hospitality-inspired spaces across healthcare, workplace, café, and commercial environments, with active projects throughout Canada and Dubai.
