For some, it’s starting a fitness journey.

I put together this slide for the women in our community —
for new mothers,
for friends who have recently become parents,
and for the women in my program who are on their recovery journey, getting stronger every day.

This is also for fathers and partners —
to better understand, to gain perspective, and to show support for what women truly experience during postpartum.

Because the physical, mental, and emotional changes are real.
