was proud to be part of the Ontario Federation of School Athletic Associations (OFSAA) Track & Field Championships in St. Catharines on May 30th. 💜 🏃‍♀️

We spent the day connecting with youth, parents, teachers and school communities about free support available across . 🧠

With many schools from across Ontario in attendance, we saw what support looks like in real time. Friends cheering each other on, emotions showing up after big moments and young people being reminded that they don’t have to navigate everything alone.

Finding support should feel clear, simple and less overwhelming.

We’re inviting youth, parents and caregivers to join a 1-hour virtual 1:1 or focus group session to share what helps, what gets in the way and what could make the experience better.

Sessions will be informal and discussion-based, with a focus on awareness, accessibility, service experience and ideas for how youth and families may want to be involved in the future through a potential Ambassador program.

Participants will receive a $25 Amazon gift card as a thank you for their time.
