🎥Posting another video from our practitioner series - meet Alex! We asked Alex what is at the heart of her approach to care and she said ‘at the heart of my physiotherapy practice is a commitment to listening deeply, so that every person has the opportunity to feel truly heard. I understand that pain is shaped by more than just the body, but influenced by each person’s unique life experiences. I strive to create an inclusive, trauma-informed space rooted in respect, using movement as medicine when appropriate to support healing, connection, and trust in the body.’ 😍🙌🏻. Watch to learn more from Alex about the people she works with.
