Position: Patient Coordinator and Administrator

Location: Skin Institute Toronto, 1396 Don Mills Road unit b106

Reports to: Medical Director

Hours: Tuesday – Friday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM, occasional Saturday’s 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Daily Responsibilities

- Manage of high volume of incoming client calls with a rapid response rate and the utmost professionalism and efficiency
- Manage a high volume of emails providing prompt, professional and friendly service to clients and inquirers by email.
- First point of contact for new patient inquiries
- Manage client EMR charts
- Perform routine administrative tasks

Qualifications

- 2-3 years of relevant work experience in a busy medical office or reporting directly to a doctor
- Experience working in a medical aesthetic clinic is a plus
- Experience using Electronic Medical Records and Microsoft Office
- MUST have excellent communication, customer service and relationship-building skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize competing tasks
- Must be a team player and be able to receive instruction from multiple sources
- Must thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Well-developed problem-solving skills a must
