October is pregnancy & infant loss awareness month. I know these post can be difficult to see or read but when we were experiencing loss it gave me the slightest bit of comfort knowing we weren’t alone in our struggles.

Just because someone has a child doesn’t mean conceiving is easy or the next one will be the same as the first.

the amount of times i’ve been asked “when’s the next one”, “don’t you want them close in age” , “are you pregnant” is wild to me. Yes i want all of these things but unfortunately it’s not in my control…

I understand it can come from a place of love and excitement but it can be triggering and difficult to explain when it’s not on your own terms.

Please just think before asking someone something so personal or speculating a pregnancy. If they haven’t told you, they probably don’t want you to know yet.
