WHOA.

This is a lot. I think I'll do a question for myself every two days, so I don't get overwhelmed and just quietly quit!

Friends - after a few years of whatevs, I've decided to rejoin the fray! I've missed and missed out on many things - social, professional, you name it. I'm excited about stepping back in the world, but there's some paralysis and even dread present.

So. Where does one start?

If there's one thing that I love as a coach and lifelong learner - it's a good question! So let's ponder this for a little bit. How does one restart life again?
