For John and Mathew, making soppressata is about much more than the salami itself, it’s about friendship, family, and carrying on a tradition that has been part of their lives since childhood.
Their fathers were friends growing up, and both learned the craft from their families. What began as a family tradition has become something they now share together, blending recipes, techniques,and memories along the way.
