- High protein milk, which contains about twice the protein of regular milk
- Dairy products such as Greek and Skyr yogurts, paneer, hard cheeses, and cottage cheese
- Beans and lentils
- Nuts and seeds
- Soy-based foods such as tofu, tempeh, and edamame

Here is another quick and balanced meal using prepared foods and veggie mixes.

I (Pauline) decided to pick up a prepared rotisserie chicken and pair it with rice and a salad mix of romain lettuce, kale, dried cranberries and pumpkin seeds. I used budget-friendly microwavable rice found at Dollarama. This meal was tasty, filling, and took less than 5 minutes to assemble!
