Thank you to all of our clients who helped us reach over $253 Million in sales volume for 2021. This was another difficult year due to the uncertainty from the pandemic, but we were able to bring unique and exciting investment opportunities that continue to fly off the shelf.

Navigating as an investor in these markets requires expert consultation, patience, and the stomach to pull the trigger on an investment. While it’s hard to see it in the moment, times like this are the best to invest! We’re grateful that for the most part, the Canadian Real Estate Market stayed intact and we expect next year to be even stronger.

We will be bringing over 1400 units to the market in 2022 and will require additional partnerships to keep this growth going, enabling us to bring better opportunities to our existing and future clients.
