Following a two week hearing involving a Charter ss.7 and 8 challenge to a search warrant, my client prevailed in demonstrating that a key sub-affiant subverted the pre-authorization process, resulting in a finding that my client's Charter Rights were very seriously violated and the exclusion of 2 kg of co***ne, 3 fi****ms, ammunition and $400,000 in cash from his trial.
